We address you with a heartfelt request for your engagement and support in organizing the Weenend with SMA 2023 Conference.

The responsibilities of the Volunteers will include:

• Preparation of activity stations
• Ongoing event management
• Conference participants registration
• Provision of information and support
• Management of the integration program
• Play activities with children

We are also open to your ideas!

When volunteer help is needed?

The conference will take place on June 2-3, 2023 (Friday-Saturday) at the Boss Hotel in Warsaw. Participants of this international event include individuals with spinal muscular atrophy, their loved ones, medical staff, and top-level specialists from Poland and abroad.

Therefore, if you are avaialble for the duration of the Conference, enjoy smiling and helping others, have interesting ideas – join our Volunteer Team. Feel free to encourage your friends to join as well.

How do we support volunteers?

We provide insurance, reimbursement of travel costs up to 50 PLN, meals, and a certificate of volunteer service.

We will also answer any questions you may have about volunteer work during the conference.
